Only our Class 1a homes are council-approvable and legal for permanent living — they're designed to meet NCC requirements, and we supply the engineering, wind rating and thermal documentation you need to apply.

A complete factory-fitted home: kitchen, bathroom, insulated walls, double-glazed windows, full electrical wiring and pre-installed plumbing. Final utility connections are made on site by licensed trades.

We're a local Brisbane business with our factory and display home at Inala and a warehouse in Darra — visit by appointment and walk through before you order.

Standard production takes 20–30 days and shipping typically 4–8 weeks — most customers have their home on site within 6–8 weeks of ordering. We handle all customs and import paperwork, and deliver across South East Queensland.

Homes sit on adjustable support legs over a firm, level base — most sites use concrete footings or pads. We'll walk you through ground prep, and link you with our delivery checklist before the truck arrives.
