Class 1a vs non-Class 1a — what you can legally live in

Only our Class 1a homes are council-approvable and legal for permanent living — they're designed to meet NCC requirements, and we supply the engineering, wind rating and thermal documentation you need to apply.

Non-Class 1a units are not council-approved for habitation. They suit office, studio or storage use only — nobody can live in one. Not sure which you need? Ask us and we'll point you the right way.

Yes — tilt-tray delivery across the Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs, about 1.5 hours from our Inala factory. We handle the transport and initial siting, with final connections by licensed local trades.

Our Class 1a units are council-approvable as a secondary dwelling and we provide the council-ready documentation pack: structural engineering certificate, wind rating, fire/thermal documentation and electrical & plumbing specs. Non-Class 1a units are for office, studio or storage use only — they are not approved for habitation.

Factory production takes 20–30 days with QC inspection before shipping, then delivery to your site. Most customers have their home on site within 6–8 weeks of ordering.

Yes — our display home is at the Inala factory (36 Cypress St, Inala QLD 4077), about 1.5 hours from the Toowoomba. Visit by appointment, Mon–Fri 7am–3pm or weekends by arrangement.
